Construction of luxury housing

At the moment we are immersed in a great project, a client trusted our work and proposed us to build a large house with good finishes.

From the first day that he contacted our company we started working with him, he asked us to find him a plot in Jávea, near the Montgó natural park, of course when we had the First meeting together, he already had in mind the house he wanted to build, approximately a thousand square meters, so the plot had to be quite large.

After a few months asking about plots, we got a house already built and a plot of twelve thousand square meters, something that was close to what our client wanted, we put both parties in contact and shortly after negotiating the price, both seller and buyer reached an agreement.

That is where my great project began, a luxury house, which I am proud to be able to build in Jávea.

Right now we have been building the house for just over a year and at this moment I can tell you that the end is already in sight. A house that has a large gym, wine cellar, cinema room, tennis court, swimming pool, jacuzzi,... little by little in this blog I will be putting many details in finishes.
